1.What's the delivery time?
Our delivery time is around 20-30 days after 30% deposit received and drawings confirmed (if customize products)
2.Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Yes , the order can mix colors and models which as your request.
3.Can we have the sample before order ? What 's the sample policy?
Sure you can,but we have to charge some cost and will return to you if the order placed.
4.When you deliver the sample?
Around 10~20days.
5.Can I try order first ? What's the MOQ?
Yes, as the initial order, we hope our customers could feel they not only purchase a product but also high - quality service and credible quality. We do not have a fix MOQ , based on the budget of the customers.
6.Can you make the door according to our drawing?
Yes, we can. Customers need to send us drawing , better in CAD or PS format. We can analyze if we can produce or not.
7.What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
As to windows, we can do as per client request. For wooden doors, a single standard size is
900*2100*150mm.One&half door standard size: 1200*2100*150mm, double door:1800*2100*150mm.Any customized dimension is workable as well.
