Handing charges do apply to some payment ways, the amount may defer depending on payment total. Please confirm with our sales representative before placing an order.As a general rule, all deposit or initial payment must be cleared before an order is processed. This amount maybe the total sum of purchase or 30% to 50% of the total value depending on the quantity of the order.
Warranty
Electronic items(Unless otherwise specified) comes with 1 year return to base warranty (items must be returned to us for repair). If an item covered by our warranty fails to function during it’s warranty period. We will fix the item for free. However, damages and defects caused by inappropriate use of items will void the warranty conditions and costs associated to the repair will be payable by the buyer.
The warranty service does not cover consumable or parts that are considered to try help us identify issues before sending back an item. We will try our best to determine if an item can be fixed by sending over replacement parts which will save time and
minimize associated costs.
