Advantages of our tire crusher
1. Advantage of our r ollers:
1)The material of our rollers adopts 5Cr6MnMo ,which is very strong and wear resistant. It is life-long time using, no need to change, only welding and polishing after long time using.
2)Our both rollers are grooved , the crush ability is stronger. While most others use one grooved roller, one smooth roller and they usually adopt cast iron or cast steel for the rollers , so it will be very easy to break.
3)The speed ratios of our rollers is 1:2.5 , others are 1:1.30 . As we all know, the bigger speed ratio difference is,the bigger friction, and the bigger capacity you get.
4)The guaranty time of our rollers is 3years .
2. The advantage of our b earing:
Our tire crusher has 8pieces double row l ong ball rolling bearing . This kinds of operation mode not only g reatly reduce the friction and heat of the equipment , improve the work efficiency and working life of the equipment , but also reduce the energy loss , save 1/3 p ower consumption than traditional rubber equipment. For example, producing 1000kg rubber powder, our machine electricity consumption is only 150° -180 ° , while others ’ electricity consumption is about 250- 280° .
