Mud balance-model YM is composed of plastic cup, metric-inch double-scale stainless dividing ruler and

engineering plastic bracket, has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, convenient carrying, stable measurement data, high precision, corrosion resistance , etc.

Ruler adopts metric system：g/cm3 All kinds of our mud balance can be placed in a portable and suitable special box for transport and store conveniently.

Working principle：

The material cup is placed the end of rules, movable weight and balance weight are place on other end, leveling bubble and knife edge are fit on middle part. Fill the drilling fluid into material cup and cover it. Place the knife edge of ruler on the stand of pedestal, movable weight balance the ruler ( leveling bubble in the middle of the horizontal marking line), the corresponding mark of movable weight near the material cup on the ruler indicate the material sample density.

In 2000, China national natural gas corporation specified the company as the only supplier, to supply the instruments for their international drilling fields. In February of the same year, the first EP Lubricity Tester in China was successfully developed and put into mass production, and became a substitute for imported products in China. In 2003, it passed ISO9000 quality management system certification of national quality management center. The DLA-II Drilling Fluid Lubricity Analyzer was developed successfully. In September of the same year, in the product appraisal meeting,the product passed the identification at one time and put into mass production. In the same year, the project won the award of "Qingdao science and technology achievement". In 2004, the oil well cement tester was put into mass production.It has been awarded as one of the top ten enterprises in shinan district.In 2006, it was rated as AA level enterprise. In 2008, it attended the product standard documents' drafting and compiling together with North China Oilfield and Shengli Oilfield. In 2009, it was appraised as a clean producing enterprise.In 2010, the HPHT Swell Meter apply for national patent and be accepted.
