Calcined zinc oxide
In order to improve the physical properties and the influence of related chemical components of raw zinc oxide, such as zinc oxide extracted by zinc vapor, used in ceramic glaze, heavy calcined zinc oxide was obtained after calcining at high temperature.Calcined zinc oxide has a large ratio, good fluidity, and the glaze produced by it has a small shrinkage, and the glaze is not easy to appear pinhole and crack.The product quality standard of calcined zinc oxide is the same as that of grade zinc oxide. After calcined at high temperature, zinc oxide is pale yellow and its melting point is 1975℃.
Calcined zinc oxide is an important solvent raw material for ceramic chemical industry, especially for building ceramic wall tile glaze, low temperature glaze and ceramic color.It is also widely used in artistic ceramic glaze.Functions and USES in glaze: ZnO has a strong solubilizing effect in glaze, which can reduce the expansion coefficient of glaze, improve the thermal stability of products, increase the gloss and whiteness of glaze, improve the elasticity of glaze, and increase the luster of glaze while expanding the melting range.
