Tips:
If your computer has a BIOS password setting, do not turn on both computers at the same time. After turning on the first computer into the system, switch to another computer and then turn it on.
Q1: Monitors do not display, or images show improperly:
1. Check if the cables are connected well or swap them to see if they are a cable problem.
2. Avoid using adapters on both the computer and monitor sides for the same video chain.
3. Check if the resolution settings align with the described supported resolution.
4. Try a lower resolution and refresh rate.
Q2: Keyboard and/or mouse do not work.
A: Make sure the included USB cable is well connected to the computers and the other end
of the USB is plugged into the correspondent USB (Type B) port on the KVM, and KVM is powered on.
Q3: The wired remote does not work.
A: 1.Check the cable of the wired remote is plugged in well on both sides.
2.Check if the key of the wired remote is stuck.
