A:Of course.We can send free sample to you. Then you can be assure about our quality.
Q3:Can l have my logo on the product? lf we want to see the artwork, do I need to pay theany design fee?
A:Yes, sure.Our customer service will communicate the design requirement with you. Then ourdesigner will make artowrk to you for free.
Q4: What about the lead time?
A:lt will take 7-10 days for sample,10-15 days for mass produciton.
Q5: l don't know if l like the product. So l am hesitate to place the order. Can lsee have aproduction sample first?
A:Don't worry, daer.You can place a sample order first.Then we will make the sample for yourapproval.After sample finished, we will send sample picture & video to you for checking. More-over, we can send the sample to you by courier. After you approve the sample, then you can feelfree to place order to us.
6: lf l place an re-order for my product, do I need to pay the mould charge again?
A:No, my friend.Once you pay for the mould charge, we will save the mould for you for good.
Q7: How do you guarantee my order? lf l receive defective goods, how do you deal with it?
A:With the executing of ISO9001:2008 system and the adoption of ERP system, our factory hasstandardized the production and management to ensure good quality performance as well asgood service.
We will provide pre-produciton sample for you to approve the mass produciton, and shipmentsample for your to approve the shipment. Also, each order will be inspected under standard AQLand QC form will be provided to you prior to the delivery.
lf there is defected goods, our Quality Engineer will have investigation and provide report within 1days.We will arrange refund or remake of goods if it is our reason.
