EFS was established in 2003 in China, which owns 8 production bases for furniture and sofa accessories in Vietnam and Cambodia, more than 2000 employees totally, sales avenue is over $60 million in 2020. By the way, our company has established a new factory EFS8, specializing in upholstered furniture. It started operation in March 2020, specialized in accent chair in wood and metal frame.

1. Are you a trading company or factory?
We are factories and we have six factories in total, one in Dong Guan, China , four in Vietnam and the other in Cambodia.
2. Can you customize products?
Yes,we welcome OEM and ODM at any time.
3. Can you provide sample?
Yes, we can provide sample at customers’ cost, but we will return back the sample fee to customer once we get the order.
4. How about payment terms?
1. 30% deposit T/T, with balance against B/L.
2. West Union

4. D/P
5. When do you deliver after an order is placed?
If we have sample, usually it is about 60 days after the deposit is received.If we need to make sample first, the delivery time will be about 80 days.
6. How do you solve if the products have quality problems?
Please send us an email with detailed description and high resolution photos of quality problems. After we confirm, we will reply you as soon as possible with solutions (refund / replacement)
