Quick Details
The 500X pressure reducing valve is composed of main valve, guide valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge. When used, the outlet pressure can be kept stable automatically after adjusting the outlet pressure.
Working principle
When the valve feeds from the inlet , water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room, the outlet pressure acts on the guide valve through the pipe. When the outlet pressure higher than the set value of the guide valve spring, the guide valve closes. Then the control room water stop draining ,the pressure in the main valve control room increases and the main valve is closed. The outlet pressure does not increase any more. When the valve outlet pressure drops to the pressure set by the guide valve spring, the guide valve opens and the control room drains downstream.Since the displacement of the guide valve system is greater than the inflow of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control room drops.Inlet pressure opens main valve. In the stable state, the water flow rate of inlet and drainage of the control room are the same , the opening degree of the main valve is also unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable. The outlet pressure can be adjuat by setting the guide valve spring
Benefits
The 500X pressure reducing valve is self-controlled by the guide valve, saved other devices and energy. It is easy to maintain, with high pressure control accuracy, and is less affected by inlet pressure and flow rate. The pressure-reducing valve is reliable.
