Temperature-resistant Spiral Pipe Description

Plastic pipes that can withstand high temperatures are often constructed of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). These pipes can resist temperatures of up to 140°C (284°F).

• Raw materials are mixed and heated in a high-speed mixer, cooled in a cooling mixer, and then sent to an extruder. 
• The extruder has a quantificationally feeding device and is controlled by an inverter. 
• The PVC material is pushed to a mould, which is chosen according to the product. 
• A vacuum-shaping water tank is used for pipe shaping and cooling. 
• A tractor hauls out the formed pipe from the mould, and a cutter cuts it. 
• A reversing device is controlled by a cylinder and transfers the pipe after being cut.
