Application of Pressure relief valve
The RVH and RV series safety valves are proportional leaked valves. When the pressure rises, it gradually opens, so they do not have a capacity level when the given pressure rises (cumulative), and they do not check according to ASME or any other standards. Some system applications require a security valve to meet special security criteria, so system designers and users must determine when to apply these security standards and whether these security valves meet the safety standards.
Operate of Pressure relief valve
■ When the system pressure reaches the set pressure, the safety valve is turned on, and the system pressure falls to below the set pressure.
■ Safety valve selection and installation covers the need to set the pressure to set pressure, and put the corresponding label on the cap cover.
■ For valves that have not been used for a period of time, the initial pressure of the initial loading may be higher than the set pressure.
■ Set pressure and re -seal pressure
Setting pressure is the upstream pressure when there is a fluid for the first time. At room temperature, after the initial load is completed, the set pressure of each valve can be repeated within the range of ± 5 %.
The sealed pressure is the upstream pressure when the flowing body flows out, and the sealed pressure is always lower than the set pressure

■ High pressure valve (RVH)
Through the design of these high -voltage valves, the impact of the system back pressure is minimized.
■ Low pressure valve (RV)
The back pressure of the system will increase the set pressure of the valve. In order to compensate, subtract the results from 0.8 and subtract the results obtained from the required setting pressure.
When the back pressure is equal to atmospheric pressure, the results obtained by the application are preset.
For example: the set pressure required is 120 PSIG. The back pressure of the system is 40 PSIG.
Step 1. Back pressure is multiplied by 0.8.40 PSIG X 0.8 = 32 PSIG.
Step 2. Subtract the result from the required setting pressure. 120 PSIG -32 PSIG = 88 PSIG.
Step 3. Preset the proportion of the proportional load valve on 88 PSIG.
