1.This product use low-speed motor to drive electric heating movable knife to do the up -and -down movement by chain bar driving part ,and it can automatically set the knife with micro-moving chicken beak positioning blade to quickly finish cutting beak and stanch boold .
2.The complete machine is composed of transformer ,motor and cooling exhaust fan.The machine head is equipped with motor starting boat-shaped switch and voltage-adjusting multi-stage switch of electric heating movable knife.
3.In addition, electric beak cutting machine has the electronic circuit of automatic stopping knife and stanchingblood, the machine head is equipped with time adjusting button of stopping knife and stanching blood;it can be adjusted randomly within 0-4 seconds.

Put the chicken mouth into one of the three holes(depending on the chicken mouht),then adjust the heat of the blade,adjust the speed of the blade(depending on cutting speed),the blade moves up and down, and automatically cut.
Use and precautions

1.After the power is turned on,
rotating voltage regulating switch,
at the same time, observe the heating condition of the upper blade.

enerally, it is OK to adjust the knife temperature to reddish or orange,
the details should be determined according to the actual size of chickens.
2.
After adjusting the appropriate knife temperature,
start the motor and fan immediately to start the ship-shaped switch.

According to the size of the chicken,
select the micro-motion knife aperture t
hen take the chicken's feet with your left hand,
right thumb pressing the chicken head,
index finger press throat,
press to put the chicken beak into the knife hole,
after the moving knife falls,
stop for 2-3 seconds to stop bleeding.

Found the blade hot but not red,
first check whether the blade fixing screw is tightened
then check the oxide scale of the blade,
oxide scale too thick need to blade take down,
remove oxide scale with fine abrasive cloth.
5.
After use,
unplug the power plug,
turn off the switch,
cover the whole machine with plastic bags after cooling,
to prevent dust and damp.
