No.All the faucets must be tested, and the accessories must be provided by the manufacturer.
4.Can we use the normal hot/cold inlet pipes?
No,only use the special pipes provided by the manufacturer.
5.How to do when power off?
The faucet will switch to the common faucet module when the power is off. And the sense system will continute to work once change the new battery.
6.What to do if you forget to turn off the water?
The sense system has a 3 minutes of water shut-down protection.

8.Can i touch when my hand get wet?
Yes, it works.
9.Why the sensor can't respond when i hold the faucet by hand?
Holding the faucet for some time will switch to cleaning mode directly. When we put away the faucet for 3 seconds it will return to touch function.
10. Shall i need to turn off the handle when use everytime?
Don't need to turn off the handle since the sensor has auto open/off function. But suggest you close the handle when you out for long time .
11. Is it difficult to install?
Not at all, pls follow our install instruction and you can do it only for 2 minutes.
12. Is there any hidden danger in the sensor?
No,the sensor pass CE/ROHS. The maximum safe voltage is less than 6V, harmless to human body without obvious touch.

No, the sensor has been sealed inside, normal wet and high temperature weather will not affect it.
