Tube ice machine ice principle: after the normal operation of the refrigeration system, the water in the lower tank from the
outlet is pumped to the inlet of the upper tank, through the water distributor, the spiral flow down the inner wall of the heat
exchanger tube, and heat exchange with the refrigerant outside the heat exchanger tube, the temperature decreases, part of the water in the inner wall of the heat exchanger tube to form a tubular ice strip, no ice water and back to the lower tank, the water continues to circulate, the ice thickens. The water keeps circulating, the ice keeps thickening, and the inner hole of the tubular ice is getting smaller and smaller. After a certain period of time, the water stops circulating and the ice making system turns into deicing mode, the ice cutting structure is running, the outer surface of the heat exchanger tube becomes high pressure refrigerant hot gas, the hot gas exchanges heat with the tube ice on the inner wall of the tube, the hot gas makes the tube ice melt in contact with the inner wall of the heat exchanger tube, the tube ice loses its adhesive force and falls into the ice cutting structure due to gravity and is cut into one tube ice.
