Polyvinyl chloride
is high molecular compounds polymerized by vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) with structural element as CH2-CHCLn,degree of polymerization usually as 590-1500.In the process of re-polymerization ,affected by kinds of factors such as the polymerization process, reaction conditions, reactant composition, additives etc.It can produce eight different types of PVC resin and the performance is different. According to residual content of vinyl chloride in polyvinyl chloride resin, is can be divided into :commercial grade, food hygiene grade and medical application grade in appearance,polyvinyl chloride resin is white powder or pellet.Its average density: 1.40g/cm².

SG-5 is for pipes, fittings, panels,calendaring, injection, moulding, profiles and sandals.
SG-7 / SG-8 is for bottles, sheets, calendaring, rigid injection and moulding pipes.

Applications
PVC plastic application:
1.
PVC general soft products.
Extruder can be used to extrude hoses, cables, wires, etc; Plastic sandals, soles, slippers, toys, car accessories, etc. can be made using injection molding machines.
2. PVC transparent material.
Thin film, rolled film. You can also cut and heat seal packaging bags, raincoats, tablecloths, curtains, inflatable toys, etc. Transparent films can be used for greenhouses, plastic greenhouses, and mulching. Shrink packaging.
3. PVC coated products.
Artificial leather can be used to make leather cases, bags, book covers, sofas and car cushions, as well as floor leather, which is used as a flooring material for buildings.
4. PVC foam products.
When soft PVC is mixed, a proper amount of foaming agent is added to make a sheet, which is foamed into foam plastic, and can be used as foam slippers, sandals, insoles, and shock proof and cushioning packaging materials. It can also be used as a low foaming hard PVC board and profile material based on an extruder, which can replace wood for trial use and is a new type of building material.
5. PVC transparent sheet material.
PVC is made into transparent sheets by adding impact modifiers and organic tin stabilizers through mixing, plasticizing, and rolling. Thermoforming can be used to make thin-walled transparent containers or for vacuum packaging, making it an excellent packaging and decorative material.
