QF means the Dispersion machine series, 1100L means the design volume is 1100 liters.
The effect volume is about 60~70% of the design volume .

2. YLJ-1100L
YLJ means the hydraulic extruding machine,1100L means the design volume is 1100liters.
The YLJ suit for the 1100Liters movable barrel.
3. Suit for industries:
1) Acetoxy dhesives:DOW Corning983, Acetoxy Silicone sealant.
2) Liquid Rubber:Liquid Silicone Rubber, RTV rubber, etc.
3) Ink, dye, paint, coating,grease, Li-ion battery, cosmetics,cleanser Foam.
4) I.e.the dispersion machine suit for all the liquid-solid, solvent, polymerization or mixing industry.Fit for the viscous fluid.
4.Disperson machine configuration
1) The dispersion machine is a good choices, which designed for mixing, vulcanization,
nitration, sulfonation, hydrogenation, dehydration in viscous fluid.
2) The dispersion machine has 3 motors & 1 reducer. 2 high speed motor to cut the material.
The motor in center has reducer to output a big moment of force,its rotate E type blades
is designed for scraping the wall and the bottom.
3) The dispersion machine has special seal structure to keep inside low up to -0.096Mpa.
4) There is a double layer jacket type movable vessels.The heat transfer media can
be chosen by thermal oil, water or steam.
5) The material mixing in the movable vessel, when it finished push it out.
6) The discharging mode are:YLJ series hydraulic discharging machine or ball valve.
7) There are variety of equipments can be installed such as: stroke control,
safety control, measurement, temperature Pt-Rh sensor, etc.
8) In default the steel is SUS304+Q235.The motor capacity will be selected according
to the viscosity of the material.
