1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are factory.
2. Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A:We accept all payment terms and you are also welcomed to make an order online through Alibaba.
3. Q: Do you have any MOQ for OEM?
A: We have no quantity limit for our regular series product. But for OEM or any other type of customization, our MOQ is 1pcs.
4. Q: May I take one piece or several pieces of samples to test before placing an order ?
A: Yes,we actually very much encourage new customers to start from samples. Customers who wanna have samples could just pay for it/them and the express freight if customers don't have their own express user account.
5. Q: How long can you offer the samples?
A: Two days after the deposit received.
6. Q: What is your lead-time for my order?
A: The lead-time is decided by the quantity of your order, normally ranging from 5-35 days from 50pcs to 1000pcs.
7. Q: What's your guarantee?
A: Our standard regular guarantee is 12-month as the norm requires, but we could also provide customers who need a particular prolonged guarantee much longer warranty increased from 18-month to 5-year by selecting much refined material with much stricter and exquisite production to ensure it.
