Silicon carbide oil sands separator
The body of the separator is provided with a through oil pipe, the upper joint is connected to the upper end of the body, the lower end is the lower joint, the sandwich between the body and the through oil pipe is the sand storage chamber, the outlet of the through oil pipe is the inner closing structural nozzle, the front end is covered with a diversion cover, a ring-shaped oil injection channel is formed between the diversion cover and the through oil pipe. After the oil is turned by the diversion cover, it is sprayed into the sand storage chamber through the oil injection channel. Due to the different specific gravity of the oil sands, the sand particles settle into the sand storage chamber, and the crude oil is then turned back to the upper joint to complete the separation of crude oil and sand particles.The separator adopts a diversion hood, a nozzle through the oil pipe and a sand storage chamber structure to greatly increase the flow rate of crude oil. After two reverse conversions, the oil sands can be separated more thoroughly. The detachable upper and lower joint structure makes the sand cleaning work more convenient and easy. The device has a simple structure and easy operation, which greatly improves the service life of the oil pump.
