The pressure adjustment of the safety valve is not allowed to exceed the maximum pressure of the pump, The installation shall be as close to the outlet of the pump as possible, and there shall be no valve between the pump and the safety valve. The back pressure valve for protecting the safety of the pump and the normal operation of the system shall be installed on the positive pressure discharge pipeline of the metering pump or diaphragm pump to prevent siphon, eliminate the change of the dosage due to the pressure fluctuation at the dosing point, so as to ensure the dosing accuracy of the pump. Remove the protective screw on the adjusting screw on the site, and rotate the adjusting screw, The pressure can be adjusted to the required pressure with the help of the pressure gauge in the pipeline, and the back pressure can be set within the range of 0o6Mpa through the adjusting screw. Cooperate with pulse damper to reduce the damage of water hammer to the system, maintain a certain constant pressure from the pump outlet to the back pressure valve, and maintain a constant flow rate of the system.
