The frozen durians can be stored at -18℃ encironment for at least 6 months without loss on flavor to achieve the purpose of

A5 : Generally 1:1, that is 1 ton nitrogen for 1 ton foodThe comsumption rate is 1:1 to 1:1.5, actual consumption depends on specific kind of food.
Q6 : What is the power consumption?
A6 : Small size of liquid nitrogen freezer: 1KWH per 3 to 4 hours;Large size of liquid nitrogen freezer: 1kWH per hour.
