Machine Introduction

PVC profile production line is mainly used for PVC doors and Windows profiles, wide door plate, window sill plate perforated thread tube (four holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes, etc.) extrusion. The production line can choose different specifications of conical twin-screw extruder according to different profiles and moulds,and equipped with the corresponding vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutting machine, turning over platform and other auxiliary equipment.
1.Different model Conical twin screw extruder, suitable for high speed extruding of different profile .
2.According to different moulds, the shaping table can choose 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 11 meters and other specification， Vacuum shaping adopts special increased eddy current cooling system adopts special increased eddy current cooling system to facilitate cooling and shaping to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion. 3.Traction machine adopts our company's unique lifting technology, smooth work, good reliability, large traction. 4.The moving speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the traction speed.
