Q1: What’s color/style/size etc. of product? As per the pictures or customized by buyers. Q2: Can i have a sample first? Yes. We can make a sample based on your design and tech pack in order to help you to see our sample development level. Q3: What is the cost of sample making? Mainly depends on the design, fabric and trims. Q4: We are a small wholesaler, do you accept small orders? It's no problem if you are a small wholesaler. also we can retail the in-stock goods because most of items we have are without the limitation of MOQ. Q5: How about the delivery method? A: By express, with 1pc or less than 5kg.with customized B: By air or sea, based on the request from buyers. Q6: Any other services of customization can be offered? A bunch of customization can be offered, such as for labels, hang tags, trims. Q7: Any other type of development can be offered? We can help to develop new design/pattern of printing, embroidery, washing. Shipping Info/ order tracking Shipping standard In-stock items will be dispatched within 24 hours of the same or next working day. Once your order has left our warehouse we will email you to notify you and we will include your tracking number. If you are outside the EU sometimes additional taxes, impost duties may apply. Unfortunately this is outside our control but if you are concerned please contact us unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day. Do we deliver to the UK? Yes, standard delivery is 7-8 working days. A signature will be required on receipt and if you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card with information on where to collect. Do we deliver to Europe? Yes, standard delivery is 4-14 working days. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
