Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1: Tanglian has four affiliates, three are responsible for manufacturing, one specializes in international trading. So, we are a industrial and trading integration company. With our own engineering design agency, we’re capable of completing design drawings, process designs, manufacture, quality inspections, and sale processes independently.
Q2: Will there be any guarantee if I purchase from you?
A2: We promise to offer one-year warranty (from the date of the delivery) for all products that we’re currently selling. If the worn-out components damaged during the warranty period (not caused by improper operation), we will provide you with brand new components free of charge.
Q3: Do you offer installation guidance, trial test or other after-sales services?
A3: Yes, definitely. Both installation diagram and installation manual are offered. If you still have trouble assembling, we will arrange you online tutorial with our engineers to offer you help.
Q4: What are the forms and terms of payment that you accept?
A4: The types of payment we accept include: T/T, L/C, D/P; after signing the contract, the customers need to pay 30% of the deposit first, and the remaining 70% before delivery.
Q5: What is your delivery time?
A5: We can arrange FOB, CIF, CNF shipping methods. Usually, the delivery time of a piece of equipment is 45 to 50 days, and the specific delivery time varies according to the mode of transportation.
Q6: How do you pack and ship the equipment?
A6: We offer marine transportation, railway transportation, or combined. Meanwhile, we also provide less than container load (LCL), full container load(FCL), flat rack(FR), bulk cargo and express delivery, to ensure the goods arrived safely and undamaged.
