QDEVU® Sewage Treatment Plant (Q-STP)

Revolutionizing Wastewater Management

QDEVU® Q-STP is a critical facility designed to effectively treat wastewater generated from various sources, including the residential,commercial and industrial. The main goal of Q-STP is to remove pollutants (SS, COD, BOD, Oil&Grease, etc.) and impurities fromwastewater, ensuring that the wastewater is safely discharged into the environment or reused for non-potable purposes such as irrigation and industrial processing. Q-STP Packaged Sewage Waste Water Treatment Plant is made of Q235 carbon steel or stainless steel and coated with 3 layers of epoxy resin to enhance anti-corrosion protection. The equipment can be placed underground or ground according to site conditions.On site is required a concrete foundation and external pipes from the septic tank to the STP's inlet. A level gauge and sewage pump will do the rest. The outlet can be connected to the municipal sewage pipelines. The equipment room contains all pumps, instruments, valves,which is used to monitor the operation of the STP.The effluent can also be stored in on-site water storage tanks for irrigation or floor cleaning, saving costs. Q-STP is customized in different sizes depending on your needs.
Q-STP is modular type, which means it can be easily combined together as capacity increased.As Q-STP is in a corrosion-resistant steel container that is approximately the size of a standard 20 or 40 foot container, it can be easily relocated and installed in most locations.
