A1: Yes, we can provide most of the product samples. But we will charge a little mould fee and extra labor fee, and we will pay back the charges beyond the wholesale price if you place mass production order.

Q4: How long is the warranty ?
A4: Five years quality guarantee period for main construction.Juelun Company 100% responsible for all damaged products during transportation if it is handled by Juelun Company’s forwarder, no matter what reason is.

A5: It depends on items. For retail items, it is no MOQ requirement. For wholesale items, the MOQ is 1*20GP. You can mix 3-4 models in one container. Q6:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
