APPLICATION:

  • Above is one application for irrigation use. Pump put beside the river, but the suction head must less than 5-7m or can not draw water from river.
  • Another application is tank is full of water and the irrigation place is far away the tank. The solar surface pump should put the tank outlet place for booster water purpose to irrigation place.

SELECTING THE SOLAR PANELS OF THE PUMPING SYSTEM:

a. Solar PV panel (solar panel) selection

power of PV panels (watts) =Rated  power of pump (watts) x( 1. 3  ~ 1.6)

voltage of solar panel = Rated  voltage of pump (volt) x 1.5

b. You may need combinations of panels, especially for the larger pumps. During connection of solar panels, you have to get the solar panels in series to reach the rated voltage of the pump, then in parallel to reach the rated current of the pump

Panels in parallel double the current and the wattage of the panels

Panels in series double the voltage and the wattage of the panels

e.g. 2 x 12V/ 100 W panels in parallel →    12 V/200W system

2 x 12V/ 100 W  panels in series   →    24V/200W system

Q. Is the price includes the solar panels?

A. No. If solar panel needed, Pls kindly let us know, we will quote accordingly (But we suggest purchasing PV panles locally to save high courier cost, further more, big size solar panels is very fragile during delivery via express)

Q. How to choose a proper pump for my well?

A. The diameter of the well casing at least should be  bigger than the pump’s diameter. And then pls let me know your flow rate,Head,Power,Size requirements,etc.We'll choose suitable one for you.

Q. What's the difference between max lift and working lift?

A. Max lift means the flow rate will be 0 at that height because the pump's actual flow rate will be less and less as the working lift increases; recommended working lift is the reasonable height to get sufficient water.

Q. How is the packaging?

A. Normally, we use export carton box.

Q. Can I test the pump without water?

A.The submersible pump’s motor and internal controller are immersion, the motor and controller will be overheating if there is no water go through them, therefore the pump should be fully submerged in water.

Q. How to extend the pump’s service life?

A. 1) Put the pump in proper depth range, make sure the pump isn’t overloaded. 2) Make sure the pump is fully submerged in water. 3) Make a sleeve for the pump as an extra strainer if the water contains too much impurities. 4) Check the pump’s intake and outlet regularly if the water is not very clean.
