(2) Gate valve is to ensure a straight line flow of a liquid when valve is fully open. The gate valve is not apply to regulate flow . Gate Valve is not necessary to open frequently ,and it maintain the valve on position of wide open or closed.

(3) Globe valve is different from ball valve, is a type of valve used for regulating flow in a pipeline, consisting of a movable plug and a ring seat in a generally spherical body. The flow direction from bottom to top is important when installing the valves.

(4) Needle valve is having a small seat ring and a pin-shaped, it allows precise regulation of flow rate. Needle valves are not only usually used in flow metering applications but used in low flow rate must be maintained for some time.

(5) Pressure reducing regulators automatically cuts off the flow of a liquid or gas at a certain pressure. Gas pressure regulators are used to regulate the gas pressure and are not appropriate for measuring flow rates. Pressure reducing regulators are used to usable pressure for various applications.

(6) Butterfly valve is used for isolating or regulating flow and its function allows for quick shut off. There are many different kinds of butterfly valves, each adapted for different pressures and different usage in the industry.

(7) Flange is one part of pipeline system that has used for inside or outside the pipe. There are many types of flanged pipes used in all aspects of plumbing. There are many different methods to operate the valve according to different applications. We Lung Yun Casting can offer three different ways to operate the valves.

1) Manually operated valves: The valves can be operated manually by a handle, lever, pedal or wheel as showed on the pictures. We will suggest using manual operated valves due to small size, lower torque of the valve, safety environment or cost consideration.

2) Gear Operation: Based on high torque operation requirement, the gear operation system can help to control the valve easily. It will be applied to ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, and other valves with larger size or high torque.

3) Actuated operation: For complex control systems or projects, the valves are requiring the automatic control. We also provide the actuated operation option such as electric motor actuator or pneumatic actuator. The connection for the actuator and valves is according to ISO5211 standard.
