I. Introduction:

The machine is mainly used for filling and capping of disposable syringes. The whole machine adopts PLC program control, frequency converter frequency conversion speed regulation, the syringe by the mechanical hand clamping and filling after turning 180 degrees, and then automatically add cap. The machine runs stably and reliably, and it is the optimal model for the gel filling of the syringe.

Function:

1. Through the syringe feeding machine,the syrigne is automatically feeding  to the slide rail

2. Through the slide rail, the syringe is clamped by the mechanical arm one by one, then the mechanical arm turntable turn to filling station, at the same time the mechanical arm rotate 180°to make the mouth of the syringe turn upwards.

3. In the filling station: the filling nozzle pressed down on the small ring syringe to fill, filling pump with ceramic pump, the piston is driven by servo motor independent of the load can easily carry out the adjustment on the touch screen;

4. The mechanical arm turntable turn to capping station, at the same time the mechanical arm rotates 180°to make the mouth of the syringe turn downwards

5. Through the vibrator, the cap is conveyed in sequence to the position under the syringe. When the syringe is turned to the capping station,the cap adding stem moves upwards driven by the cylinder and put the cap on the mouth of the syringe.

6. After the syringe is capped, the mechanical arm turn to the product outlet station. The mechanical arm releases the syringe. The syringe will be conllected by the stock pan and the whole production is finished.
