1. Are you factory? How many workers do you have?
Yes,we are factory. Our factory is located in Gaoyou Jiangsu Province. Almost 100 person working for this 16 years old factory. We have offices and showrooms both in Guangzhou and Shanghai.
2. What about AEROSPACE MACHINERY after-sale service?
Warranty: We provide one year warranty for our machines and engineer is available overseas.
Installation: Our engineers will be sent according to your project. However,the customer will pay the economic air tickets round trip and arrange the accommodation for them.
Maintenance: The picture or video to show the problem should be provided, then we will send you teaching video based on the small machines, if for the big problem for big machines ,engineers will be sent.
3. How can you control the quality and delivery?
All our machines should be tested before packaging, wooden packaing is strong and safety for long delivery.
4. What's the payment terms?
L/C, T/T, 40% deposit and 60% balance before delivery.
