Microporous titanium aerator is made of industrial titanium powder (purity≥99.6899%) as the main raw material and sintered at high temperature and high vacuum. It has uniform structure, high porosity and pore size of 0.22-100μm. The porosity of 35-50%, low filtration resistance, high separation and purification efficiency, good mechanical performance, large gas-liquid interface area, air bubbles diffuse uniformly, no hole blockage. Compared with the conventional aerator, the energy consumption is reduced by 40%, and the sewage treatment capacity is nearly doubled.
Titanium diffuser has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, high acid and alkalinity resistance, strong oxidation resistance (can be used as ozone generator aeration), long service life and so on. The service life can be as long as 10 years.
There are three types:
1. Flat plate type, it has 125mm, 180mm and 245mm in diameter.
2. Spherical type, it has 100mm, 150mm and 180mm in diameter.
3. Tube type, it has 20mm, 300mm,40mm,50mm and 60mm in diameter, height has 10-1000mm.
Connector can be 4 inch or 6 inch with female or male screw.
1. Uniform pore size, high porosity and stable pore shape.
2. Bubble diffusion is uniform, aeration bubble diameter is small, gas-liquid boundary area is large.
3. High temperature resistance, can be used below 280 °C.
4. Low filtration resistance, high separation and purification efficiency and good mechanical performance.
5. No hole blockage, good chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
6. Strong oxidation resistance, 40% less energy consumption than conventional aerator.
7. Non magnetic, non-toxic, no shedding, no pollution, good biocompatibility.
8. Strong anti-microbial ability, no interaction with microorganisms.
9. Good sealing, compact structure, not easy to damage, suitable for harsh working conditions.
10. Online regeneration, easy cleaning and long service life.
1. Ozone sterilization aeration of purified water and mineral water.
2. Ozone aeration of industrial wastewater.
3. Aeration in aeration tank for domestic sewage treatment.
4. Ozone aeration of petrochemical wastewater.
Microporous titanium aerator is especially suitable for urban sewage, expansion of large-scale water plants, renovation of old aeration tanks. As well as ozone aeration in the water treatment industry, aeration in high temperature conditions and strong alkali conditions, and catalytic gas aeration in the chemical industry.
