Chip Details

EM4100, more widely known as EM4100, a type of read only chip with a frequency at 125KHZ, different chips have a Unique ID card(UID), which normally this number printed out in 18 digits for easy identification, memory size at 64bit.

Due to its low expense, such chip is quite widely used is access control, time attendance systems, animal ear tag applications which not require very high security level. But sometimes due to actual application, we can also use T5577 or Em4305 and change their format into ID format, in this way to have a customized ID number thus more flexible for install and easy operation.

The keyfob tag is made of ABS clamshell and RFID coil with the chip. Most of the factory use glue to put the ABS clamshell together, but our factory uses Ultra Sound Equipment, in this way keyfob tag would be more fixed.

Yes, off course. And we support original artwork in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is ok, the pixel should be over 300 DPI.

Our standard production time is 9 working days from the time confirming the order, also depend on the quantity. If your order is urgent we do provide Rush service.
