2. Q: How many days for mould open and sample produce?
A: Open mould need 3-5 days, sample produce need 3days.
3. Q: What is the mould and sample charge?
A : Mould charge is suffered by customer, we will supply best price for mould charge. Sample charge based on the quantity, little
sample is free. Express charge paid by customer .
4. Q: OEM/ODM is accept or not?
A: OEM/ODM is welcomed, we can also print the logo according to your requirement. PS: Only for non-infringing OEM/ODM is enabled.
5. Q: Delivery Time
A: Usually after the shipment, within 15days goods will be finished shipment.
6. Q: Quality Control and After Sales Service
A: During production we have strict inspection system for the production, if there is problem happens, we will try our best help
solving the problem, such like bank, transportation, if there is quality problem confirmed, we also will undertake responsibility
and suffer.
7. Q: Is price can be discount?
A: Based on the quantity we will make the best quoation, so discount will be based on the quantity.
8. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
