2. We have our own design department. if you don’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends on the design’s complexity.

3 . Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized sample , we only charge you once. If the sample can not meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.

4. Lead time : 1-3 days for blank sample, 3-5 days for customized sample. For mass production , normally it takes 7-10 days, rush orders are available.

5. Factory visiting is warmly welcome! We can provide picking up and hotel booking service for your best convenience.
