Production Line

Battery production process:

First, the individual cells are classified and arranged according to the consistency of electrical performance, and then multiple cells are arranged in parallel or series combination according to the design requirements. After the battery cells are grouped,the electrode sheets are laser welded, and then the welded battery cells are put into the battery pack. And connect them as a whole with a wiring harness, and install the first-level BMS (Battery Management System), cooling fan, electrode socket and other accessories. After passing the secondary electrical performance test, the finished battery pack is completed, also called the PACK of the battery pack process After a single battery pack is completed, it needs to be connected in clusters for electrical performance testing. Battery packs that meet the requirements will be inserted into clusters on the battery rack in the battery compartment and connected to the high-voltage box.
