Ⅰ-Discription for Factory Direct Bbq Charcoal Briquette Making Machine

1, The ball press briquetting machine is an important part of the complete dry powder briquetting machine production line. 2, Bbq Charcoal Briquette Making Machine is transmitted to the reducer through the belt, and the reducer is transmitted to the driving shaft through the coupling, and then a pair of open gears to ensure that the two rollers are synchronized (constant speed reverse). 3, Entering the forming hopper, the unit forming pressure of the material changes from small to large. 4, The forming pressure at the center of the pair of rollers reaches the maximum value.
5, After the material passes through the line, the forming pressure quickly decreases and the material enters the ball-off state, and the ball is off-ball smoothly.
6, This machine compares easily materials such as coke powder, iron oxide scale, dust removal, coal slime, various metallurgical powders, sponge iron carbon products and other materials with obvious effect and extraordinary effect.
7, Mainly used for: coal powder molding; dry powder molding; desulfurized gypsum molding; coke powder molding; iron
filings and various metal ore powder molding.

Ⅱ-The structure of the Factory Direct Bbq Charcoal Briquette Making Machine consists of three parts:
1. The screw feeding part :
It is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor and rotates through the pulley and worm reducer to force the pressed material into the main feed port.
2. The transmission part:
The main transmission system is: motor-triangle belt-reducer-open gear-roll.

3. The forming part:
It mainly refers to the host part, and the core part is the drum. When too much material is fed between the two pressure rollers, increase the gap between the pressure rollers to allow hard objects to pass through the pressure rollers.
