Guangdong Yong Li jian Aluminium Co.,Ltd. was established in 1986.

There are 32 lines for profile extrusion . The biggest one is 3000 US TONS.

Yong Li Jian Aluminium has 5 polishing machines , 1 brush equipment; 3 horizontal anodizing and electrophoresis coating lines which can produce profiles up to 7.2 meters long. All these high quality anodized products are corresponded to GB5237.2, GB5237.3 and Quanlanod standards.

There are 4 powder coating lines . One is introduced from Switzerland while the other three are domestic horizontal coating lines. They can produce various aluminium profiles of powder spraying, fluorocarbon, wooden grain and 3D wooden.

Package

Expose surface: Packed with blank protective film or customized ( designed with customers’ logo).

Outside protection: Heat shrink film to cover and protect. / craft paper to use. Packed according to customers’ requirement.

Delivery time

Die/ Mould processing: 15-25 days after down payment and drawings are confirmed. Production time: 25-30days after down payment and samples are confirmed. Settlement Term: Charge by actual weight with final pack. Payment Term: T/T, 30% as deposit, balanced paid before loading; L/C at sight; or it all depends.

Delivery Port: FOB Foshan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen.

A2. We can provide you free samples for check our quality, but the delivery fee should be paid by our customer, and it is appreciated could send us your International Express Account For Freight Collect.

Q3. what’s your MOQ ? And what is your delivery time?

A3. 1 metric ton for each model. About 30 days after payment.

Q4. How do you charge mould fees?

A4. In case need to open new moulds for your order, but the mould fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a certian amount.

Q5. How do you quote price ,per ton or per meter?

A5. We provide more than two pricing models.

Q6. What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual weight?

A6. Actual weight is the actual weight including standard packaging Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.

Q7. What’s your payment term?

A7. T/T: 30% of total value as deposit, 70% as balance should be payed before shipment.L/C or other payment term can be negociated.
