valve sorter adopts mechanical rotating conception, but not by magnetic conception, so no matter alumium valve or tinplate valve can be worked by this machine, both male valve or female valve are possible, even valve with small actuator can be automatically placed to aerosol can.
Valves are supplied to aerosol can under force of compressed air, by placing head, valves are inserted into can and there is an additional head to check and correct the position of the valve to be ready for next crimping process.
