A: Our company is a factory located in Ningbo, with sales office in Hangzhou. We have own design and engineerteam to help with your project.
Q: Can we order samples? How much do you charge including delivery cost?
A:
Yes , samples are available. For small items, we don't charge the sample fee. For big items, we charge normal sample cost. But all samples shall be sent by the receiver's express account. If you don't have an express account, please tell us your address, we will calculate a favorable express cost for you, you could pay the express cost to us. This express cost can be refunded to your company once we confirm an order in future.

How long does it take for us to receive your samples?

Generally It will take 3-4 days for the express delivery to your address.

What kind of packaging do you offer, can we print our logo on it / customize the packaging?
A: We provide neutral packaging, packaging with our brand, packaging with customized brand. If you have your own packaging, please send us your packaging design.
