Quality Assurance: EPCB BOILER undertakes certain quality assurance for the products sold by the company to protect the rights and interests of customers from loss. If the equipment fails during the warranty period, the company will provide warranty services for the products sold.
Warranty period: Overseas products are 12 months from the date of equipment boarding and departure.
Warranty service: During the warranty period, free warranty service (including some accessories) is available for any failure due to equipment quality or non-Party A reasons.
Response service: In case of emergency, generally within 2 hours; in case of non-emergency, generally within 4 hours.
Telephone service: If there is a problem with the equipment, if necessary, it can be solved through telephone consultation.
On-site service: When telephone consultation cannot solve the problem, we can provide on-site service for products within the warranty period. Specific service terms should be stated in advance, and the costs incurred will be borne by both parties or us.
