Spa hot tub cover:
1. Marine vinyl: Advanced artificial PVC leather---anti-UV, heat-and cold resistance(-25 ℃-80℃), mold proof, non-toxic etc.
2. Filler: EPS foam, the density is 25kgs/m³, that is very tough and a kind of non-toxic, tasteless materials.
3. Galvanized C-channel: Each bubble is installed inside a Galvanized C-channel, mainly strengthen the support ability of the bubble
4. Shrink film: Which be made of PE material, cover the foam to prevent water vapor into the bubble
5. Pearl cotton: Sealing function
6. Clasp: key chain and trick lock, to fix cover on the spa tubs
7. Spa tub skirt: Guarantee the insulation cover closely integrated with bath, and prevent dirt into the bathtub, about 100-120mm.
8. Handle: convenient of customer.
9. Exhaust vents: To increase their service life about 18 months.
10. It is RoHS approved.
