Main uses of MQ8260 series crankshaft grinder:
MQ8260 series crankshaft grinder is a crankshaft grinder with simple structure, convenient operation and wide applicability. Round grinding.
Structure:
1. The machine tool is controlled by mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and manual control.
2. The left and right chucks of the basic machine tool adopt adjustable cross chucks to improve the efficiency of workpiece installation and adjustment.
3. The workpiece is clamped by the center or the chuck, driven by the head frame motor, and manually fed for grinding.
4. The worktable moves longitudinally, either manually or by motor. When motorized, the worktable can only move quickly by point action, which is used for skipping or adjusting.
5. The maximum adjustable amount of the left and right cross chucks is 110mm in the vertical direction and 2mm in the horizontal direction. The chuck also has a small amount of rotation adjustment, and its range is 0-30°.
6. The workpiece, grinding wheel, worktable, cooling pump and oil pump are all driven by separate motors.
7. The worktable and the grinding wheel frame adopt hydraulic and electrical interlocking mechanism, which can ensure safety no matter in adjustment or grinding due to operation errors, and the grinding wheel frame is equipped with a reliable protective cover.
