Installation of End Tensioner (End Feeding)
The magnitude of the tension force is related to the temperature. The magnitude of the tension force should ensure that it can absorb the change of the length of the sliding contact caused by the change of temperature. For convenience of adjustment, the length of the tensioned spring a is determined by calculating as follows
a =140+16.6*10 3 *(T+10)*L±15mm
T: environmental temperature when install
L: effective length of the bus bar
Effective length of the bus bar: 1/2 of the total length, when install spring on the ends.
