Product Description
1. Product introduction
The array distributed flexible film pressure sensor is formed by transferring a nano-sensitive material, a silver paste and the like onto a flexible film substrate through a precision printing process, and drying and solidifying. When the sensor is under pressure, the resistance decreases with increasing pressure. The piezoresistive characteristic is expressed as a power function of the resistance and the pressure. The reciprocal of the resistance is approximately linear with the pressure. Each sensing unit can be regarded as a variable resistor.
RX-ES40-48P is a European standard 40-yard foot pressure sensor with a total length of 250mm. It adopts 12 rows*4 columns of array design. The total number of independent sensor units of single-chip sensors is 48 to ensure the consistency of sensor acquisition.
With the same area for each sensing point, the distributed pressure sensor is individually designed for each sensing point for minimal interference. This type of sensor supports customization, and can design different number of sensing points and adjust the sensing point position according to requirements.
For the convenience of use, we have three contact modes for this sensor, a. male terminal, high flatness requirement, optional male terminal, generally connected by splicing method; b. female terminal, with terminal housing, and 2.54mm pitch DuPont line direct plug, easy to connect; c.FFC line plug, the standard center distance of the cable is 1mm, the space is small.

7. Instructions for use
a) The sensor area should be flat to fit the test surface;
b) avoid sharp objects acting on the sensing area;
c) the sensor has temperature drift and avoid using above 60 °C;
d) in order to obtain the best test results, it is recommended The sensing area is affixed with a soft pad slightly smaller than the sensing area.
