Product Description
Double shaft shredder
reduces material size by shearing, tearing and squeezing. This double shaft shredder is widely used in waste plastics, waste rubber, wood and other bulky waste.
Double shaft shredder is to cut and shred the materials through the relative rotating of the two sets of cutter shaft, the mutual shea ring among the blades of moving knives & the cutter heads and the distance sleeves.
The outlet-material control of double-shaft shredder is adopted the network design, the width and length of outletma -terial is determined on the width of the cutter, and the distance of cutter heads. Two groups of cutter shaft is rotating on different speed which lead to the shearing and shredding materials simultaneou -sly, it improves the efficiency of shredding.
