The tank is made from either standard carbon steel or international-grade stainless steel. We use a high-quality imported welding

machine that's computer-controlled for precision. This ensures strong welds that meet international vehicle standards without

needing any further adjustments. Our large tanks are crafted using an advanced plate rolling machine. Instead of the older girth

weld, we use a vertical weld that's twice as strong, making our tanks safer and longer-lasting

The front and back ends of the tank, along with its accessories, are precisely cut using a CNC underwater plasma machine. We shape the tank's ends using a special machine to give them a curve, which helps lessen the liquid's impact. We then use an edge-turning machine to enhance the strength in one go. The result? Strong welds, deeper weld lines, and a fantastic look.

Inside the tank, we've installed a wave-reducing plate with a corrugated design. This plate's main job is to stabilize the liquid,cutting down on sloshing and making your drive steadier and safer.

Once we complete the tank, we give it a thorough shot-blasting. This process removes any welding stress and rust, ensuring our
tank paint sticks better. We then use a dust-free water-spin coating machine, which is eco-friendly and meets European standards.
No dust, no pollution. The outcome? A smooth, glossy finish on the tank.
Depending on what you need it for, we can craft the tank using various materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, rotationally
molded lining (with a polyethylene interior), an all-plastic tank, aluminum alloy, and more
