Please kindly provide us with material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc. If it is possible, please also
provide with pictures or design for checking. We also are able to recommend relevant products with details for your reference.
Q: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
Yes, we are capable to make products that are designed according to customers' demand.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
In general, our MOQ is 500 pieces. We may be able to produce order less than 500 by negotiation.
Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Yes. We will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. Production will be started after your approval of samples.
Q: How many days will sample be finished? And how about the mass production?
In general, 3-5 working days for sample making. Express delivery usually needs around 12-15 days.
Q: Do you require any deposit before mass production?
In general, 40% deposit is required, rest balance would be paid before shipment. On some occasions, percentage of deposit can be negotiated.
Q: How do you ship the finished production?
1) By sea
2) By plane
3) By DHL,FEDEX,UPS,etc.
