Features
1) PU foam density is 40~45kg/m3. Guarantee its temperature performance;
2) The steel plate is galvanized steel plate; the 80g Zn new layer has high thickness and strong corrosion resistance;
3) DSF series split cabinets use R404A/R448A/R449A (GWP=1282)/R744 (GWP=1) refrigerant or ethylene glycol secondary refrigerant;
4) DSB series integral cabinets use R404A or R290 refrigerant.
5) Choose low-light shaded pole motor or EC fan according to customer requirements;
6) Each freezer of the DSF split cabinet is equipped with a solenoid valve. Installing a filter in front of the solenoid valve can reduce the difficulty of construction and reduce the risk of dirt and blockage;
7) DSB integrated cabinet uses capillary tube, and a filter will be added before the capillary tube;
8) Electrical defrost is used as standard to ensure defrosting effect.
9) The electric control box is located at the back of the freezer, making it convenient for sales staff to check and adjust the temperature.
10) There are two voltage standards: 220V 50hz/60HZ and 115V 60hz;
11) Controller: In the absence of special requirements from the customer, the Italian brand CAREL controller (PJEZY0H000) is used. When there are multiple products in the store, there is the possibility of multiple brand controllers, which will be specified by the customer. The brand and model of the controller;
12) Side shoulders: The side shoulders are both hollow glass shoulders, with the deli cabinet being higher and the flat cabinet being lower;
13) Anti-condensation fan: Anti-condensation fan is standard to reduce the risk of condensation on the front glass on site.
14) Conventional colors include RAL7015/RAL9005/RAL9352, and other non-conventional colors.

The power of the shaded pole motor is 31W, while the power of the EC motor is 11W. For example: there are 6 3750DMM fans in total. If the shaded pole motor is replaced by an EC motor, the annual savings will be: 365*24* (6*(31-11)) =1051.2 degrees; based on industrial electricity consumption of 1 yuan/degree, this cabinet can save 1052 yuan per year. The cost of using an EC motor drops rapidly, and the cost of the motor can be recovered in less than two months. It is recommended that customers accept the option of replacing the EC motor.
