MR-6B Small transformer recycling machine is mainly to process all kinds of smal transformers.
Appliaction
With the large-scale application of electronics: more and more small transformers are used in power plants, control systems and automatic circuits, so there will be more scrap small transformers to be recycled.
So we have developed a small transformer recycling machine to deal with these Scrap transformers are processed, cut and scrap copper windings are pulled from the transformer.

Process Flow of the transformer recycling
First, cut scrap small transformer in half by cutter.
Then, pull copper wires from transformer cut in half and separate copper wire.
We offer three types of electric motor recycling systems for you to choose:
1.Single platform equipment : This system has one motor set to either crack the outer cast or extract the copper.

2.Double platform equipment :
This system has two motors with a different platform for copper extraction and cast cracking.
3.Triple platform equipment:
This system has three motors, so it can break the cast, split the strators, and extract the precious
