A1:Yes,our company professionally takes OEM and ODM service depending on our excellent R&D team, perfect quality and lighting
solutions,just tell us your ideas.\

Q2:How can I get a sample for quality check?
A2:After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality.If you need samples,we will charge the sample cost. But
the sample cost can be refunded after order confirmationif the quantity can exceed our MOQ.

Q3:When can I get the quotation?
A3:If any items get your interest, please send feedback to our email or chat on trade manager.We usually quote within 24hours
after get your inquiry. If you are having a very urgent project that needs our quick response, please call us or tell us in your

A6: First sign the PI,pay deposit,then we will arrange the production.After finished production need you pay balance. Finally we
will ship the Goods.

A7: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT,or special shipping line. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea
shipping also optional.

A9:we accept to change,but the all shipping cost(send and return freight) need pay by you.
