Products Range:

SQ's RCS resin generally fall into three categories : PF-1350 series , PF-1901series and Environment-Friendly
Liquid Resin PF1350 series is fast curing resin. It is fit for the hollow core production.

PF1901 series is high strength resin,normally it is used together with PF1350 series resin for achieving different performance requirement.

Environment-Friendly Liquid Resin PF1201 can be matched with other Novolac resins , which can reduce the addition of Urotropine , which can reduce the smell during core shooting , improves the quality of working environment. It can also reduce gas release during casting and avoid the blown casting problem. It is suitable for steel-casting, iron-casting and otherareas.

Production Process:

Typically we require preheating the raw sands for at least 3 minutes, the raw sands temperature should be between the ranges of 110°C-120°C. Under this condition SQ resin will show the highest strength. In addition, we do not recommend adding DIBP liquid as plasticizer, otherwise the RCS will show a decrease in pellet flow, melting point and strength, furthermore the RCS is easy to agglomerate and in the injection process, the smell and porosity will increase while you also get a brittle mould or core.
